Attention all lifters for the USPA East Coast Championships The Playground Gym CrossFit Ft Lauderdale 3/29/2014. I will be closing the roster for this event this Friday 3/14/2014. Many American and World records were broken that day and all of the lifters gave 100%

We are growing fast here in Florida!

In other recent news, both Brian Burritt and April Shumaker traveled to the USPA  Invitational  Olympia Championships, directed by  USPA President Steve Denison, where  elite lifters from around the World are selected to compete in the mighty Mr & Mrs Olympia  at the convention center in Las Vegas.

Brian pushed up an awesome 518 bench at 181 and that right after a recent injury to garner 2nd place!

April set a new World record in the 105lb class with a huge 330lb squat!

Other Florida lifters, Jim Hoskinson and Matt Levine also competed and photos will be posted.

Our Florida lifters are among the strongest in the world!

Our meet schedule in 2012 will be a busy one here in Florida!

The USPA  Salute The Veterans Power Meet  was just held and it was a rousing success with over 50 lifters competing in raw and single ply!!
